Cancellation, Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
By initiating a request for purchase, return, refund, or exchange of product(s), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Our goal is to provide exceptional products and services, and this policy ensures clarity and consistency in our processes.
1. Returns
If you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete product, or if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, our team is here to assist you.
General Guidelines:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original condition, with intact packaging, labels, and accessories.
A 15% restocking fee will apply for returns due to customer choice, along with courier charges, unless the return is due to damage or defect.
Video evidence of product condition at the time of unpacking is highly recommended to ensure authenticity. This video should include the tax invoice, timestamp, and product labels.
Returns are subject to a quality inspection. If the product fails the inspection, it will be returned to the customer.
Process:

Conditions:
Minor defects or wear-and-tear do not qualify for returns.
For areas with physical stores, customers may return products directly. For remote locations, shipping to the nearest warehouse/store is required.
2. Exchange
Exchanges are available for wrong, damaged, or defective products.
Process:
Raise an exchange request within 24 hours of delivery.
If approved, we will arrange a pickup (where available) or request the product to be couriered.
The exchanged product will be delivered within 7-10 days, subject to stock availability and location.
Conditions:
The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
If the replacement product costs more, the customer must pay the difference. For a lower-cost product, a credit note will be issued, valid for 180 days.

3. Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they are not shipped.
A 15% restocking fee applies for cancellations.
4. Refunds
Refunds are initiated only after the return or cancellation request is approved and subject to product inspection.
Conditions:
If refund is approved , refund amount will be credited back to original mode of payment within 7-10 business days
Refunds for courier charges will be processed if the return is due to our error.
Exclusions:
Damaged returns due to improper handling by the customer.
Cases where the product is misused or frequently returned without valid reasons.
5. Warranty Terms and Conditions
Coverage:
Ceiling fans: 2 years
Warranty applies to electrical components only.
Exclusions:
Wear and tear, corrosion, damage due to improper installation or harsh cleaning, exposure to extreme conditions, or acts of God (floods, earthquakes, etc.).
Warranty is void if the product is repaired or tampered with by unauthorized personnel.
Documentation:
Original invoices are required for warranty claims.
Limitations of Liability
We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages under any legal theory. Misuse of this policy may result in refusal of returns, exchanges, or refunds at our discretion.
